Going Live 

After you got ready to accept online payments and configure the hosting plans price list, you can 

select the active online payment system and open your store. As you go live, you can also 

publish the online partner application form to invite resellers. 

Selecting Payment Systems Used in Store 

Online payments: 

Only one payment gate can be used in the store at the same time. To enable online payments, 

select the active payment plug in and allow online payments for your store in general.  

To select the online payment system: 

Go to the Business Director   Billing Manager   Setup   Plugins, select a payment plug in and 

set it as active. 

Go to the Business Director   Commerce Manager   Configure Store, select the General 

Settings tab and check the Online Payments Allowed box. 

Offline payments: 

The set of offline payments types available in HSPcomplete is: 

Offline Payment by Check  

Offline Payment by Phone  

Offline Payment by Tele Transfer (T/T)  

To select the offline payments to offer in the store, go to the Business Director   Commerce 

Manager   Configure Store, select the General Settings tab and check the boxes next to the offline 

payments types to show the payment type on the Payment page of the store. To add description, 

select the Texts tab from the store properties.  

Enabling SSL for HSPcomplete  

You can enable the SSL protocol separately for the Provider Control Center, Reseller Control 

Canter, Enterprise Control Center, Control Panels, website, and your online store.  

Please, enable SSL for your online store before going live. 

To enable the SSL protocol, go to the  System Director   Configuration Manager   SSL Setup. 

Select the the Enable SSL tab. You can enable the SSL protocol by checking the Enable SSL in 

HSPcomplete Web Tools boxes next to the name(s) of the web tools (Control Centers, Control 

Panels, store, etc.).
