Servers Running Virtuozzo. Either used for VPS hosting provisioning or dedicated 

Hardware Nodes owned by your customers or resellers. 

Servers running Plesk. Either used for Plesk domains provisioning or dedicated Plesk servers 

owned by your customers or resellers. 

Dedicated servers that run the third party software. These servers cannot be managed on the 

system level from the Provider Control Center web based interface. However, in this case, 

the HSPcomplete will take care of all the billing matters including creation of dedicated 

subscription, charging a customer, issuing the renewal order, sending notifications, etc. 

Hardware Nodes can be registered and managed using the Operations Director   Infrastructure 

Manager   Hardware Nodes.

Note: To establish connection with Hardware Nodes you need some specific data. In case of 

problems or doubts, please contact your network administrator and/or the person who performed 

Hardware Nodes installation to make sure that the data necessary for Hardware Nodes 

registration is full and correct. 

Setting Up DNS 

HSPcomplete allows establishing connection with more than 7 Internet Registrars (eNom, 

OpenSRS, BulkRegister, MelbourneIT, etc.) via the built in domain plug ins (available 

connections for obtaining top level domains like .com, .net, .org, etc.).   

For the fresh installation, you can use the so called Dummy domain registration plug in.The 

Dummy domain plug in is designed to facilitate manual domain registration process and/or 

domain registration procedures testing. You can set up the Dummy domain registration plug in 

to be responsible for particular top level domains (TLDs) which require manual registration, so 

that your customers will order such domains and you then will register these domains manually 

and after this mark these domains as "registered" in the HSPcomplete.
