The My Control Panel screen is organized similarly to the Control Panel. The menu in the left 

frame, main screen to the right. However there are less tools, only the necessary things:  

Personal Profile editor with ability for a user to enter the full name (just to personalize the 

interface, without reference to login credentials) and change personal password. 

File Manager to manage the user home directory. 

Mail Manager with ability to set mail forwarding. 

How to Register Users and Set 

Access Permissions 

Account is the basic HSPcomplete security notion. A person registered within an Account can 

gain the certain user access permissions to HSPcomplete tools, depending on the type of 

Account. 

Generally, a user is a record in the database containing the name of person that has the right to 

log in to the HSPcomplete on behalf of a certain account using the given login/password plus 

some user specific regional settings (interface language and time zone used both for system 

events registration and in system notifications). Users registered within your Provider Account 

are called staff members and can be managed separately in the Provider Control Center. 

Accounts can be created both manually, from the Control Center and by customers, when they 

register in your online store.
