Looking in the Reseller Control Center 

If you would like to take a look on HSPcomplete from reseller point if view, you can log in to 

the Reseller Control Center (hereinafter, RCC) using your default Reseller account login and 

password (see "Login and Password to Log In to Any of HSPcomplete Tools" on page 12). 

The second way to log in to the RCC is go to the Business Director   Channel Manager   

Resellers, select your default Reseller account, click either the General Settings or Users tab and 

then click the Login to RCC button. The existing login/password will be accepted without the 

need to enter them and the RCC will open in the new browser window.

At the first sight, Reseller Control Center looks like Provider one.  

However, reseller has less tools then Provider (less tools in Managers under HSPcomplete 

Directors). For example, domain plug ins and IP Pools configuration is Provider s business only. 

You can check this in Operations Director   Domain Manager and in Operations Director   IP 

Manager respectively.  

Actually, the availability of different tools for Reseller is subject to the access permissions set in 

the Provider Control Center for resellers (see "How to Register Users and Set Access
