Accounts are (Your_Company is replaced with your HSP company name entered during 

HSPcomplete installation): 

Provider Account named Your_Company Provider that allows logging in to the Provider 

Control Center. There can be only one Provider Account per HSPcomplete installation. The 

login/password are in your personal profile   to change or check them, click on the 

administrative user name (the second link in the namespace tree in the left frame). 

Reseller Account named Your_Company Reseller. You can view or change login and 

password in the Business Director   Channel Manager   Resellers. Click on the account name 

and select the Users tab. 

Enterprise Customer Account named Your_Company Enterprise. You can view or change 

login and password in the Business Director   Enterprise Manager   Enterprise Customers. 

Click on the account name and select the Users tab. 

Customer Account named Your_Company Customer. You can view or change login and 

password in the Business Director   Account Manager   Accounts. Click on the account 

name and select the Users tab. 

Setting Up the Billing 

The HSPcomplete provides the powerful and flexible billing system that allows setting: 

System wide currency in the System Director   Configuration Manager   Regional Settings. 

Default prices for sellable resources in the Business Director   Billing Manager   Settings   

Default Prices. Setting default prices is important for correct recalculations in case of hosting 

plans upgrade. 

Different discount categories (to be assigned to customer accounts) and partner levels (to be 

assigned to resellers) in the Business Director   Billing Manager   Settings. 

Different credit terms that can be assigned per account and define the order of settlements in 

the Business Director   Billing Manager   Settings. 

Taxation with ability to use the EU Tax Exemption Code in the Business Director   Billing 

Manager   Settings. 

Automated application of unused customer payments. This setting can be allowed as a 

system wide one in the Billing Manager   Setup   Payment Processing and later enabled or 

disabled for each particular offline payment.  

The fraud screening in the Billing Manager   Setup   Fraud Screening. 

Recurring billing in the Billing Manager   Setup   Recurring Billing with the fine grained 

transactions approval tools. 

More than 15 online payment plug ins provided, including the so called Dummy plug in that can 

be used for testing purposes (no data is being sent to outside HSPcomplete). To configure
