Getting Started Guide  

Application Director is an applications management tool that simplifies application provisioning 

into Virtual Private Servers and manages applications versioning.  Using Application Director 

Hosting Service Provider easily and flexibly creates new service offerings: adds commercial and 

opens source applications to the HSPcomplete installation to be used in the Hosting Plans as 

complimentary or as optional items. Once an application upgrade is received   HSP can install it 

into the system and automatically upgrade all VPSs that subscribed to upgraded application.

Login and Password to Log In to Any of HSPcomplete Tools 

In HSPcomplete the logins are normally e mail addresses. This e mail is used as user contact e 

mail to sent the automatically generated system notifications. And password is quite 

conventional.  

For the fresh HSPcomplete installation, you have four default accounts of four basic Account 

types: Provider account, Reseller account, Enterprise Customer account, and Customer account. 

Accordingly, you have four login password pairs that allow you to log in any of HSPcomplete 

tools (Control Centers and Control Panels). These default Accounts are created for you to be 

able to log in any type of HSPcomplete web based tools: Provider Control Center, Reseller 

Control Center, Enterprise Control Center, and Control Panel respectively. For the fresh 

HSPcomplete installation, logins and passwords are similar   your Provider Administrator login 

and password used to log in Provider Control Center the first time after installation. Thus, you 

can log in any of HSPcomplete tool without the need to take care of login credentials. Later you 

can change logins and passwords at any moment.
