About This Guide 
This Guide describes the most important and frequently used HSPcomplete working 
scenarios including initial settings for the system. 
Audience 
This guide is addressed to Hosting Service Providers and helps to evaluate the 
HSPcomplete hosting automation solution.   
Typographic Conventions 
When you read this Guide, you will see that certain words are represented in different 
fonts, typefaces, sizes and weights. This highlighting is systematic; different words are 
represented in the same style to indicate their inclusion in a specific category. The types of
