Completing the Web Site

The Site is almost ready to be published. We need to delete old files, check the 

Site hyperlinks, and publish the Site.

Deleting a Web Page from the Folder List

Now let's delete 

sample_index.htm

, since it was only needed as an example. 

We cannot delete this file from the Navigation view because we haven't added 

it to the navigation structure. We will have to delete it from the Folder list.
