To choose a bar style, in the middle of the bar style list,
the Eclipse style, Next
You will have to hover your cursor over the styles to see their names, and
these are listed in alphabetical order.
The next part of the wizard will ask you the orientation you would like for
the links bars. We want them to be at the top of the page.

To accept the default Horizontal alignment,
Finish
You should see the Link Bar Property dialog box. With this dialog box, we
will tell FrontPage the general characteristics of the hyperlink bars within
the navigational structure. Both
info.htm
and
dogs.htm
should appear as
child elements under the home page.

To make sure that the link bar created here displays all sibling pages,
Child pages under Home radio button

To make sure the home page is included in the link bars, under additional
pages,
Home page check box

To accept the changes,
Copying Banner and Link Bars to Other Pages
Now that we've created the banner and navigation section using the automated
FrontPage options, we can simply copy these sections to the other pages in our
site. The text for these sections will not be literally copied to these additional
pages, but the functionality will be.

across the page banner text as well as the navigation links
underneath the banner text
