To position your cursor in the appropriate place,

  after the new banner  Midwest Search and Recovery ,

  Enter

To access the Insert Web Component wizard, in the Menu bar,

  Insert,   Navigation...

You should see the Insert Web Component dialog box.

We would like link bars to be created based on navigation structure.

To make sure FrontPage uses the navigation structure to create the link 

bars, in the Insert Web component dialog box, 

  Bar based on navigation structure,   Next

We will next have to choose a bar style for FrontPage to use.
