Under the  New Page  option,

   more page templates 

You will see the 

Page Templates

 dialog box on the screen.

To access the Style Sheet templates,

  Style Sheets tab

The Normal Style Sheets option sould be selected by default.

4.

To accept the default Normal Style Sheet,

You will see a blank style sheet page on the screen and the Style toolbar.

Before we begin styling, let's save the page.

5.

To begin saving the file, on the Menu bar,

  File,   Save
