To access the Horizontal Line properties,

  the horizontal line

You see the 

Horizontal Line Properties

 dialog box:

Notice that, like the table size, the horizontal line's size can be altered in 

pixels or a percentage of the window. Notice also that the default alignment 

for a horizontal line is center.

Well be using this dialog to choose a color, but we'll be selecting the color 

from the dog logo graphic, so we need to make sure this dialog box isn't 

covering up the graphic.

To make sure we can see the graphic,

  the title bar of this Horizontal Line Properties dialog box to 

move this window off to the right

We want to change the color of the line. Let's pick up a color from the logo 

so that our page is visually consistent.
