At the end of this workshop, we'll publish the disk based Site to a server. 

After a Site is published, we can still download a copy to the hard drive to 

make changes, and then publish it again.

Initializing a Site

Now we're ready to initialize a Site. FrontPage will convert the existing, disk 

based 

SAR

 folder to a FrontPage Site. 

1.

To begin initializing a Site, on the Menu bar,

   File,   Open Site...

You see the 

Open Site

 dialog box:

The 

SAR

 folder in the epclass folder contains exercise files that we'll use 

to create a Site.

2.

Change the Look in location to the epclass folder.

Let's select the 

SAR

 folder as the Site.
