Using FrontPage & Access 2000 to Develop Online Data Forms 

Checking it out from your browser: 

1.  Open your Internet browser (IE 4 or later is preferred) and type in 

http://jing/workshop/needs.asp.  Your screen will looks something similar as 

shown below. 

2.  Fill in the form in whatever way you want to and then click Submit. 

A confirmation window appears. It is generated by FP, and we don t recommend 

trying to change it.  That s the price we pay for using FP s wizard   You don t have 

full controls of the output.  Our experience is that if we need to have a full control,
