4.  You will see the structure of the table created by FP in Access.  It looks something 

like the one below. 

The four fields we created are there all right, but the field R1 is still there and you may also 

find that the field sizes of the four newly created fields were 255 character long  Access  

maximum length for a text field.  To save data storage space, we will need to delete the field 

called R1 since we are not going to populated at all, change the length of the field sizes for
