  It looks fine here, from the Form Design View.  Next, we will need to verify that the fields 

are properly created in Access 2000.  To verify: 

1.  From the Folder List in FP, click the "+" sign in front of the folder called 

fpdb 

to 

expand the folder. 

2.  Click open the database named
