What is missing from this fix, John, is for folks to limit their message to one issue or focus.
Email messages that contain multiple subjects and action requests are not effective. You reader is
likely to respond to the first item you discussed, but to miss the rest.
The book also contained cures for iLife annoyances. However, I have a Mac life that goes
beyond Apple's offerings and prefer alternatives to iLife, so paid little heed to Chapter 5. I also
get my music from CDs that I collect rather than from an iPod, so only skimmed Chapter 6.
Nevertheless, for those who love these Apple applications, buy John's book and you will get 40
pages of annoyance killing advice.
