There are 7 chapters in the book and If you go to the summaries first and understand them you 

can move on. If not, go back and dig deeper in the chapters you need help with. There is a short 

2 page resource in Appendix A, but most of the information is anecdotal from Greg Wilson's 

own experiences as he explored each of these technologies and discovered a few thing along the 

way.
