Create a second table inside the first table: 7 rows, 2 columns, 0 border thickness, 0

cell padding, 0 cell spacing, specify width, 100 percent.

Drag the dividing column line to the left, so that the inside table is approximately divided

in a ratio of 1-to-5. Select the first 2 cells of the first column, and use Table > Merge

cells to combine the two cells into a single cell.
