Grantmakers reported spending anywhere from less than $1,000 to over $1 million 

annually on technology. Corresponding technology expenditures to total budget ranged 

from less than 1 percent to 20 percent. While there is a wide range of technology 

spending, one third (34%) of grantmakers spend less than 1 percent and another 26 

percent spend either 1 or 2 percent (Table A 5).
