Most community foundations (70%) do not have any in house information technology 

professionals. For the remaining 30 percent of community foundations, half have a part 

time IT staff member and 24 percent have one full time person. Among those with IT 

staff, nearly half have a ratio of total staff to IT staff of 15 or fewer to 1 (49%), and 

another 29 percent have a ratio of 16 24 to 1 IT professional.
