Very similar to medium foundations, most (80%) of small foundations do not have in 

house technology staff. Of those small foundations reporting technology staff, two thirds 

of the foundations have one part time technology person. Among those with IT staff, 

most have a ratio of total staff to IT staff of 15 or fewer to 1 (83%).
