John Parcell 
John Parcell was appointed to the Board in March 2001.
Non executive
John has spent over thirty years at Reuters Group plc.  He joined the
Chairman
main board of Reuters in October 1996 with responsibility for their core
financial information product, and in January 1999 was appointed Chief
Executive of Reuters Information.
Jonathan Robinson
Dr Robinson is a co founder of the NetBenefit business.  He graduated
Chief Executive
with a PhD in Material Engineering from the University of Cape Town in
Officer
1992, and then held a research associate position at Imperial College,
London, from 1993 to 1994.  Between 1995 to 1997, he was a Rolls
Royce Fellow at the Rolls Royce Technology Centre at the University of
Cambridge.  Dr Robinson was previously deputy chairman of CORE.
Geoffrey Wicks
Geoffrey has spent over twenty years at Reuters Group plc.  He was
Incoming Chief
appointed Director of Corporate Relations in 1997.
Executive Officer
Paul Owens
Paul Owens COO of the name registration division, has joined the board
Executive director
as executive director.  Paul is qualified as a chartered accountant and was
previously group finance director of Tempo the electrical retailer.
Timothy Ashley 
Tim Ashley was responsible for NetBenefit's branding and marketing
Non executive
strategy and implementation from March 1999 until September 2000.  He
director
was appointed to the board during 1999, having previously started
Wicked Web Limited in 1995.  Prior to that he spent ten years as an
investment banker, most recently with Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income
and Derivative Sales.  Tim holds degrees from both Oxford and
Cambridge Universities.
Keith Young 
Keith Young is an entrepreneur with considerable experience in the
Non executive
internet, communications and publishing industries.  He co founded the
director
NetBenefit business in 1995 and was also a significant shareholder in
Easynet Group plc prior to its flotation.  In addition, he has significant
interests in several other companies spanning a diverse range of sectors.
Richard Madden
Richard Madden is Managing Director in Corporate Finance with Bear
Non executive
Stearns.  He has experiences of equity and M&A transactions throughout
director
Europe and the US.  He qualified as a Chartered accountant with Arthur
Andersen and holds a degree in classics from Cambridge University.
