Chairman's statement

Jonathan Robinson, company co founder and current Chief Executive

Officer, will accordingly take up the full time executive post of Director of

Business Development.  Jonathan will apply his extensive understanding

of the industry to concentrate on the expansion of NetBenefit by merger

and acquisition and through partnerships.  As outgoing CEO, Jonathan

has provided the operating review below, and I record here sincere

thanks to him for stabilising the business this year as well as for his

earlier successes in co founding and building the company.

In other board changes, Paul Owens, Chief Operating Officer of our 

name registration division, has joined as an executive director.  Financial

Director Alison Sparshatt has announced her departure to pursue other

opportunities, and her replacement will be announced in coming weeks.

Keith Teare and Ivan Pope have resigned as non executives, streamlining

the board to three executives and four non executives.

We are grateful to all of them for their support through NetBenefit's early

years, and we wish them success.
