and 69 is automatically eligible for Global Term Life Insurance.

This plan is available with no additional underwriting beyond initial enrollment in Global Medical

Insurance. Simply complete and return the appropriate premium with the application.

PREMIUM

Global Term Life Insurance is available for a standard annual premium of US$240 for the first

unit and US$180 for the second unit.
